Based on the public transport performance, you should do a survey and im pretty sure users will find it ridiculous to even pay a single cent for this services.
Well I'm actually waiting for the outcome and see if there is anyway of patching things up. If its ok for her things would definitely change. Hopefully the down cycle could end soon as i felt like it should come to an end to this kinda miserable life. Who would want to live such a life if you had a choice.
