In order to make it for Dong's birthday dinner, we did our best on the highway. I hate to say things that aren't true. We really did rush to the awesome dinner and of course to meet you wonderful people. Proof attached.
Gab: I think we are going to be late.
Gab: You can floor it if you want, just don't tailgate.
Time check: 6:55pm. Dinner is at 7pm therefore DRIVE FASTER!
Gab: Is that it? Break your own record of 194km/hr la.
Gab: *Celebrates with people in the car.
Gab: The Honda sales man says top speed is 204km/hr? I think can go more.
Gab: Told you the sales man bullshit!!! *reminds David to drive safely.
Gab: *reminds David to drive safely again and again.
Highest achievement will be 213km/hr but unfortunately no pics were taken as my eyes were closed saying my prayers. Not much to shout about because years back Loong's E46 hit 230km/hr and again he hit 300km/hr with his Dad's S320. However this is one great achievement for a Civic FD2.
We reached safely and last but not least. HAPPY BIRTHDAY DONG!
*Kids please drive safely, do not attempt the above act as it is illegal. Berhati-hati di jalan raya.

So many things, so little time. It is fair that everyone is given 24 hours a day. How you spend this precious time is important. Some use it to date, some sleep, some work. I'm altering my time so that I could balance work and leisure. Personal time and also time for others. No matter what, your decision matters alot to yourself and also to people around you.
I've got this question. If you were to adventure into the forest, you were given 5 animals to accompany you. Peacock, Tiger, Monkey, Elephant and a Dog. It is fairly dangerous in the forest and you have to leave the animals at different times. So you have these 5 animals, which one will you first let it left behind and which will be by your side till the end?
Generally 80% of the people would come out with similar patterns. Are you that common people on earth or are you the 20%. Think about it and if you want to share your answers you may drop a comment or mail me at gabriel_weib@hotmail.com. I'll tell you readers the meaning behind it later.

Hamsters
Its a new season, they call it mating season. It is when both individual stays together a male and a female. This process will also create emotional ties for both individual. So the moral is "rules are meant to be broken after all".

Banteay Srei, Kbal Spean @ SiemReap
THE FINALE @ SIEM REAP
I've decided to merge my final day into one post. Day 3 first destination is Banteay Srei, it also known as citadel of woman or citadel of beauty. One of the earliest structure in the Angkor region. Comparing carvings and structure this would be one top spot to see, it is miniature in size compare to those mega temples you see else where. The building is also made of different materials, It is made of red sandstone, therefore it is maroon and beautiful to look at under the sun.
Next we head to Kbal Spean, we have to pay more to our driver due to the distance. It is the National Park. Traveling time is about 30-40mins from Banteay Srei. We hike a total of about 4-5KM here in the National Park. Saw some really cool ancient carvings now under a stream. There is a tiny waterfall here. We did the craziest things of all which is strip down to our undergarments and go for a freezing pour under the waterfall. We brought no spare clothes and the initial plan was to go commando after the dip. Eventually we hike down with wet undies/boxers.
We missed Angkor Wat too much so we decided to drop by again for our second sunset viewing. I could come back and see this over and over again. Its just so pretty. When night comes we headed back for a shower and rushed for our dinner because we need to do our souvenir shopping and our massage session. The night lasted till 5 in the morning. We slept for an hour and woke up to go the air-port. We were like zombies i swear. We sleep almost at any moment that is possible for us to do so.

Ta Som, East Mebon, Ta Phrom @ Siem Reap
Ta Som
After visiting Preah Khan, we had a long day more to go, we first stop by Ta Som. Ta Som is a temple dedicated to the King of Khmer. It is still very untouched because not much restoration was done and vegetation is growing over the walls. We did not stay here for long as there isn't much for us to explore.
East Mebon
This is one of my favourite destination. East Mebon is the name of the place, it is a temple built in the 10th century. The architecture here is different from the typical ones we visited because this temple was build on an artificial island at the center of the now dry East Baray reservoir. Here you could see elephant statue at all corners of the building and it is wide and spacious compare to all previously visited temples.
Ta Phrom
This would probably be one of the famous tourist spot, because Tomb Raider was filmed here. It was founded by the Khmer King Jayavarman VII as a Mahayana Buddhist monastery and university. Trees sprung out of the ruins here and it became an attraction, trees here were few hundred years old. This place is relatively cooler because it is surrounded by trees. A total of 39 towers can be seen here in Ta Prohm.

Bits & Pieces
Sometimes the bits and pieces is enough to make one continue writing and continue reading. So here I am. I just miss holding your hand. The relationship went R.I.P Nov2007 to Sept2009.

Argh...Chooo
I'm wrapping "wontons" here in office, at first I thought of being environmental friendly by saving tissue and use my hankie. Then I realised its just too much for my hankie to take it. I don't want to put a wet hankie in my pocket. So I've decided to cut down some trees by using tissue.
Last night I made everyone drowned in laughter with my games. Argh...Chooo!

Waiting at the rendezvous
When I was young I remember I was worst than RUGRATS, I remember giving my parents so much unwanted surprises that I'm glad that me and them can still live till today. I remember there was once I head out cycling alone, I was adventurous and at that time Sri Petaling and Bukit Jalil doesn't exist. I cycled alone and wondered in to the forrest alone, I came home late and I wasn't as lucky as kids nowadays with cellphones where parents could just reach you. I remember I came home around 8pm, it was already dark and when I drift my mountain bike infront of my gate, my parents were holding torch lights ready to go find me. They did not raise their voice, they quickly open the gate and hugged me and shoo me to take a shower and dinner was ready at the table. Don't you think I'm lucky to have such parents? I learned from them and I was brought up this way. Which explains why I could tolerate all those nonsense back then. I tested the waters to find out that not everyone loves coming home. Which is why I'm left waiting at the rendezvous. Waiting for you...
在外面玩的开心,累了想回家就赶快加快脚步,别让疼你的人担心。家门都会为你打开等你回家。感觉来了突然打起方块字还真有趣。想你的日子还真难过。
Someone told you something that you want to hear and you bought it. When you decided not to buy that nonsense, it is often a little too late.

Daddy
One day there is this kid shouting out loudly calling his dad.
Kid: Daddy! Daddy!
The father came over answering and gave the kid a hug.
The neighbour saw the kid shouting Daddy and the kid's father answering.
He quickly came over and tell the neighbour off.
Neighbour: Your son cannot call you Daddy!
Kid's Dad : Why?
Neighbour: Because my son calls me Daddy.
Kid's Dad : So, what is the problem with my son calling me Daddy.
Neighbour: You're confusing my son.
Kid's Dad : .......
Anyone get the story?
So don't you find it ridiculous when I call my God "Allah" and you call your God "Allah", now you want to ban us from calling our God "Allah" because it confused you. Just to voice out what is going on in our "Harmony" multi-racial country.

Sneakers
I want to get a pair of new sneakers, this time not Paul Smith but a common brand. I think I'm going for a pair of NIKE.
I like this design and the colour, I still love to have a pair of white shoe but i just don't like everyone wearing the same colour shoe. Not to mention I also like the tag line Just Do It.

I Luv Contemporary Design
I've always been a fan of art and design. Contemporary Arts and Design will be my favourite of all. Why modern? this is because I simply like simple and practical design. To me design comes first then function. We have to admit that design is the first thing that catches your attention before you even start discovering the function. I believe taste is important whether you like it or not. As we move up to higher society we must also have a character with taste to match your status. In the end, it is how you decide what you want other people to see in you. Don't blame other people for looking down on you or even think that you are someone whom you are not. Character and your impression does the talking. Afterall we do judge a book by its cover and this is true for all mankind.

Off
I'm really tired therefore today I'm staying home people, please forgive me as I'm really experiencing fatigue after consecutive outings pass midnight. Also lately I've been posting only text due to the error on connection when i try to post pictures.
************************************
There is this bad omen happening on me. I don't know what it is but its bothering me. Maybe it had already happen, afterall what can be that bad which I've yet to experience.
************************************
The Steamboat session over at the far far land was a great, maybe not for BBdw@gon but the company is priceless having them sit together to have a meal is always good.
************************************
I'm being very patient and people around me do questioned about my changes, I guess once in awhile we should improve ourselves. Tomorrow will be my debut contributing in my cell group. I hope I could bring smiles and laughter to them.

Cherish
Cherish the times together and learn to forgive. It is sad to see my friends down and unable to provide slight help in any form. All we did was just being there to accompany him pass time. Sometimes anger took control and we seem to say things irrationally. I believe both of you could overcome this tiny issue. You both do know how hard it is for two person to meet right? My best regards to you both love birds.

It's about time
Many reasons and many seasons, maybe its just not meant to be.
*The Missing Note*
There's gonna be more to life, it is not the end but a new beginning.Take your time to put the pieces of your broken heart back into one. I don't know why they call it broken heart, because when I last experience it, I felt like every part of my body is broken. HAHA!
Giving up doesn't always mean you are weak; sometimes it means that you are strong enough to let go.

Make love to stay healthy
People who have frequent sex are generally healthier.
Researchers have long known that not only is sex fun (when done with the right person, of course), but that people who have frequent sex tend to live longer and have healthier hearts and lower rates of certain cancers.
These studies also show that men with an active sex life have healthier sperm, and sexually active women have fewer menopause symptoms.
In a British study, people who had intercourse twice a week or more were less likely to have heart attacks and other fatal coronary events.
Those who had sex less than once a month had twice the rates of fatal coronary events, compared with those with the highest frequency of intercourse.
In a study published in the journal Biological Psychology, people who had sex more often tended to have lower diastolic blood pressure, or the bottom number in a blood pressure reading.
A French study found that women who have intercourse not at all or infrequently had three times the risk of breast cancer, compared with women who had intercourse more often.
A Minnesota study found that men who’d had intercourse more than 3,000 times in their lives had half the prostate cancer risk of those who had not.
While it’s not clear why this would be true, studies have found that men who had more intercourse tended to have better prostate function and eliminated more waste products in their semen.
A study of healthy German adults revealed that men and women who had sex more frequently tended to be slimmer than folks who didn’t have as much sex.
Sex burns 50 to 60 calories per encounter, so sex three times a week for a month would burn about 700 calories or the equivalent of jogging about seven miles.
A group of men being treated for erectile problems saw greater increases in testosterone when, along with the treatments, they had frequent sex.
Specifically, men who had sex at least eight times per month had greater increases than those who had sex less than eight times per month.
In three studies, men who had frequent intercourse had a higher volume of semen, a higher sperm count and a higher percentage of healthier sperm, compared with men who tended to participate in other sexual activities.
-source Daily Chilli-
Happy smooching and sexercising, do not forget to play safe and save the hassle of worrying. After all it is 99% safe with only less than RM2 investment. Most penis would fit unless you have an extraordinary one.

Irresistible
My weekend was tiring, last night's supper was heavy thanks to Mr.CCS who ordered cheese bake spaghetti @ 11.30pm which eventually caused me to order one for myself which was served 15mins later. I slept late and left my blog in the draft because I couldn't lift my eye lid for another second more. I shut down my mac and head to bed right away.

Saturday night live
Its Saturday and nothing is better than being accompanied by friends. First it started of with a small gathering with my ex-housemates. We had lunch and I hope they had fun and enjoyed the meal. Everyone should be happy. Then I went for pool with Eugene for two hours for a race to 7 games. I got lucky and won that rubber match. We head to McD for some private conversation.
To my dear friend, sometimes we have to give in, I'm not sure what is the story but I believe and faith in you both. Don't you want to see the flower bloom? Don't kill the effort that you both have put in for years. Be patient, love never fails.
Tonight is party night with CS and family, we are having it over at the night club beside Times Square, if I'm not mistaken it should be something call Deluxe. I have no idea what is the occasion but it will definitely be a great party with great company.
I hope i could drag my body to Church tomorrow to replenish my spirit and soul. I've also on today shared the photo album made specially for us "The Dudes" with my friends. It will be so cool when we get older and if we could sit together and go through it again.
Alright I really need to spend my time with my parents now, its like i have been MIA since morning.

Hostin' ma mates
Last night I hosted some friends over at OUG pasar malam, they arrived slightly later than I expected, lucky to say that most of the foodstalls were still open. Hopefully I've made their trip worth it because everything is on me. I just discovered a fried carrot cake stall which is extremely good.

Third Week @ January
Its Day 4 of the week, my SOP would be to drop by Pasar Malam @ OUG for a bite. OUG is heaven for food hunters. Curry Mee, Pork Noodles, Beef Noodles, Steven's corner, Asam Laksa, Char Kuey Teow, Dim Sum, Italian Pizza, Boneless Chicken Rice and of course to those who loves yucky food there is Smelly Tofu. Please consult an OKR-ian before trying your luck here to get the food, timing is crucial.
Weekend will be dedicated to my friends as I'll be meeting them for lunch. SnoopDoug might be back so maybe we could catch a movie and supper over at Moses's a Christian owned mamak stall.
A gentle reminder for my ever caring friends, I'm fine but any of you want to have a heart talk I'm always available. I'm more than willing to help in any sorts of DIY if any of you are interested. Just don't ask me who am i giving my DIY final product to.
Next Tuesday will be dinner with ex-colleague from Grey's. You people rock always. Will be hosting Rick Lee from Seoul on 5th-7th February, I'll appreciate if anyone could suggest me some nice place to visit in KL.
-Blessings-
Weekend will be dedicated to my friends as I'll be meeting them for lunch.

Fear,
Some fear insects, some butterflies and some even go to the extent of afraid of losing. Behind my smiles i bury my own fear, I fear facing tomorrow, because I'm afraid of receiving sudden news. I arrange my schedule to fill my day just so that i won't need to think about what is coming next, Today is today and tomorrow will be tomorrow.
-The price of anything is the amount of life you exchange for it.-

Passing bed time
Last night's cell was delayed probably due to the new location which is over at Soon's. I arrived early as usual to have my own time in the car before I head to cell. Good news was announce today because I will be officially holding responsibilities in my cell group. I'm delighted.

Creative
Sometimes young people should be a little more creative on your own, you can be inspired but do not ever make stupid mistakes such as imitating what other people do. I believe good taste is important but if you like things from others you should at least give credits to them. Remember:
Cell @ Soon's as Alex is not available today.

A prayer for the stressed
Grant me the serenity to accept things i cannot change, the courage to change the things i cannot accept, and the wisdom to ignore/revenge the people that got on my nerves today.
Also help me to becareful of the toes i step on today, as they may be connected to the feet that i might need to kiss tomorrow.
Help me to always work at 100%:
15% on Monday
20% on Tuesday
40% on Wednesday
20% on Thursday
5% on Friday
Last but not least help me to remember that people who do not appreciate me is not worth being treated too well. Let me understand people around me and avoid falling into traps.
Awesome Lord, Amen.

Naked truth
-I enjoy my own world, I enjoy true friends, I enjoy being me.-
Friends come and go, some became best friends and choose to be there for you and vice versa. I know that it is not easy even being a Christian now, due to credibility. Its really a tough challenge being a real positive example. I know practicing love and talking love is a total different thing. I know alot of Christian friends hate to see or will deny the fact that Christians like to talk love and hardly practice. It is also true that Christians actively participate in different activities from cell group to church camp but actually it is just for fun sake. Opportunist can even get something out of it. Its a worrying trend but non can be bothered. Talk to any of your fellow Christian friends and most likely you'll know that they are better than ads you see on TV. Most are friendly and also too friendly. Most people see Christianity as a western thingy, yea infact it is too western until some fellow Christians think that they are one. Knowing alot from my fellow friends (Christian) I must say on average they sin more than common people. For eg: Conning, Sleeping around, Cheating, Cursing, Selfish. I believe all these are really common ones happening around.
At the same time some really good Christians are really doing good. They practice love. Unfortunately what they do was ripped off by other fellow Christians as a credit to all Christians. I believe sometimes being too good spoils the group. My faith still stands but I must advice that: treat each of us as an individual, because not all Christians are like the common ones like how we understand, let them be who they are. Somewhere in the corner unseen, there is a small group of individuals that really deserve to be called Christians. They do and don't speak. After all we are merely human, it is acceptable that we make mistakes, but knowing it is wrong and still doing it is not a mistake. Always keep this in mind, we should always walk the talk.
It requires wisdom to understand wisdom: music is nothing if the audience is deaf.

Tale of 9 jugs
It was Quek's birthday, it was nearly a bachelor's party with most people turn up were guys. It was one glass down when I 1st arrived. It was at this fusion restaurant call BOSTON. It was only a short two hour drinking session but it was non stop. I'm not sure how much i drank but i remember the last moment i wasn't drinking from my cup, i was drinking from the jug instead. Its great being able to sit beside this friend of mine again. I woke up today and couldn't recall much happened last night.

I'm always online.

Fill my cups
I'm not sure if any of you are aware that there is this night club in Singapore offering free drinks to women according to their cup sizes. Its called "FILL MY CUPS". Ladies would need to remove their bra to claim it, the bigger the better as you'll get more drinks. A cup ladies are entitled for a drink, B cup two drinks, C cup three drinks and D cup and above a bottle worth $168. Its really a good way to get free publicity. What do you guys think? Awesome or a low morale event?
I assume most of the claims would be on the 2 drinks category.

My cousin
Dear Ivan,
Life must have been tough for you these years. I understand how you feel although I myself did not went through all you've experienced. I believe at your age it must be hard for you to tell who's right and who's wrong. I'm surprised you could remember in detail of what happened. We used to play those toys and run around in Kluang. Your dad, is also closest to us because he lived with us for quite some time, I remembered you people came stayed with us in KL too. When life gets tough, we always question God why of all he picked us. I know without love and care the world would be colourless. Our family fight for the rights for the Chong family, each and everyone of us fight hard to keep you in the family. It was out of expectation what was in the will. We were surprised because Arthur's family, Aunty Daphne's family were all ready to have you stayed with them just like what they mentioned in the comment box. I felt you and i really do. I'm happy to hear that you and Ian are doing good. I hope you both stay strong and remember your roots. I also managed to discover your current situation over at this rich couple's home. Do not give up pursuing your dreams and make sure you don't waste your talents. It is never too late to pick up a book and go back to school. I'll always keep you brothers in my prayer. Your parents in heaven must be proud. Be a great young men.
Blessings and with love,
Gabriel
Attached is a video of your life which i would like to share and touch the life of people around me.
God is always there walking with you.

Aunty Diana
Its my Aunt's birthday. Just like to take this opportunity to wish her happy birthday. When u age, you have different priorities. I remember when i was young I use to hope that under the wrapper of my present is a toy. Later on I started to love different kind of things from Scale model cars, to CDs. Same goes to people I love in my life, I regretted at times not spending more times with those whom really loves me. Love changes, but the character remains. Everything fresh is always nice, just like what we had for lunch today at a place in the middle of nowhere. The fish was fresh, fruits were fresh, they all taste good. Love is also best when it is fresh, how you keep it fresh is another story, some goes stale after awhile, some rotten further on. The person you decided to hold on forever always affects your decision or gives you great impact. When I think about it, I just close my eyes and pray because I know I've gone through a rough path in life but I know what is important is present and future, past is just a process. Happiness is when you learn to smile at the past and rock your current world like you wanted it.
Next post will be something sad but its not about my relationship or past, it is about this person whom my family and I cared significantly.

Thrashing Kayangan Heights
Party @ Jun's place is always fun. After a light meal, we chilled our never ending supply of beer. I went around to check out the house which is really like a piece of art itself. I hang around the karaoke room to enjoy some music there, everyone here seems to sing so well. I sang a song and that's it. Soon i could here splashing sound from the pool, people were being thrown in. Dong's phone went in as well and it is now in ICU. I went out for beer and after some fake beer session i was duped and got trap. With my all very healthy overgrown friends, they pick me up like a feather and threw me in the pool, they even choose to throw me into the cold water pool. I shivered for a moment and I'm all good to get the rest of the people in. Some somersault in the pool, some did canon ball, some twist and turn some landed flat. We all had so much fun, until my fingers were all wrinkled.
Later on in the night was poker. I felt guilty making WeiRen's sis cooked our supper. Child labour is illegal. I couldn't find my bottle of vodka before i leave. I'll get it back on Friday's basketball session i guess. I can't wait for another party over at the How's.

Preah Khan @ Siem Reap
Our first destination on day 2 is Preah Khan, Preah Khan was built in the 11th Century. It also sometimes known as the temple of Sacred Sword. We saw the King's father's tomb and also the Queen's tomb. This place is interesting as the entrance has like a path of never ending doors. Some so small that it is design for you to bow down in respect of the King on your way entering. We saw the hall of dancers, and a two storey building with unknown purpose. We also went off normal visitors path and climb up the building's roof illegally just to take a look from high up. It looks spectacular until someone ask us to come down in a really polite way. We even spotted a really cool lizard with stripes like Adidas on its back. There is this freelance tour guide there that will take you to the Queen's tomb for $1 but unless u really wanna see it if not why pay. We have our dear Dave sponsoring us to see the Queen's tomb, the King is such a player because he had two wives and they were sisters. So we saw two tombs for the Queen, both Queens.
Preah Khan is beautiful but a little left to be explore because not much restoration is done. Pics here.

Night 1 @ SiemReap
We went back to our nest after Angkor for a shower and out again for dinner. We head straight to Lucky Plaza for their local fast food chain, Lucky Burger. I had Lucky Pork burger set. The fries here is so far the best fries I had, McD is just not close enough to be in comparison. We wasted nil seconds, after our dinner we head to the night market, there is this shop which sells bags along the way and i went in and got my first ever DEUTER FUTURA 45L+10L backpack. I'm so happy to own one because now all three of us carry a DEUTER backpack on this trip. Let's just say i got the bag for a good bargain. We continue to the night market and had Lok Lak which is the local fried vegetable and meat. We scout around and i think we didn't shop much as we planned to do it one shot on the last day. There was this pub street there as well filled with foreigners. We quickly head back to catch some good rest for the next day as we haven't rested for more than 24hours. Back at Garden Village, we first go for some Angkor Draught @ Sunset Bar. Sucky beer but for the thrill we cheers and gulp it down. KSeng ordered CharKdao (pronounce as: Char Ke Dao), we laughed so hard cause we also "ZharKdao" by the name. CharKdao is awesome compared to my retarded pork burger served with sweet potato wedges.
The night ended after we played a few rounds of pool.
*People whom are afraid of lizards, frogs are not advisable to visit this place unless you stay in a good hotel. I see them everywhere and the frogs looks so freaking fat.

My Homies
I had to reveal these coolest toy i got for myself from SiemReap. Proudly introducing TINY and T-rex. These toys were hand made as well. Credits to Elaine although I already had the name Tiny in mind. So I do owe her a meal for using the name she suggested.
TINY & ME
T-REX & Me
By the way, its chicken and elephant not chicken and cow!

Blind Date
As I expected, I knew her on facebook before meeting this new friend. Well its a pleasure to meet this new friend. Its just a simple chit chat over dinner. I had my time catching up with "handsome" Nick.
Thanks for setting up this funny random event. I know you are being nice. I appreciate that.
I had the best of having a blind date and basketball, manage to catch up with time for some basketball action. Later on is Jun's Milk Tea @ WKCCT, our usual SOP for birthday. I've decided to sacrifice my lovely bottle of Absolut Level for Jun's birthday party tomorrow, the theme is sports wear as we are going to get WET!
Happy Birthday Shawty.

Angkor Wat @ SiemReap
Angkor Wat is best viewed either at dawn or sunset. We made it just right there for sunset. Angkor is surrounded by pool of water, it is part of the strategy that time. Another fun fact is that due to the geographic condition in SiemReap with mainly flat land, buildings were raised up by digging sand, stones etc. from the groud. This explains why there are many pool made in the palace and in the vicinity. Instead of just making it a waste pool the hole they dug was decorated and filled with water and voila you have like olympic sized swimming pool in the palace.
There is some restoration work here at Angkor Wat, wall paintings and carvings here is spectacular. From far there is a hot air balloon which if you're interested you could go up for an aerial view i believe it will be hell nice to try but we are short of time. We head to this pool infront of the main building to take pictures of the reflection of Angkor building. This is famous for that. The building structure is wierd and there is alot of questions in my mind on the function and purpose of certain buildings.
Pics of Angkor Wat here.
*travel guide tips, Angkor closes at 6-6:30PM, you could bribe them to let you stay for awhile but it is not worth because the guards usually asked for $10.
All currency mentioned are in USD.

Elephant Terrace & Leper King - Angkor Thom @ SiemReap
From Phimeanakas, we went to our final spot at Angkor Thom. This is part of the wall of the Royal Palace which is called Elephant terrace, Elephant carvings which have a height of 350m stand tall facing outwards. Not to forget there are some really beatiful carvings on the inner wall. As for the Leper King, there is a statue further up the Elephant terrace wall, it is known as the legendary Leper King who sits at the top of the wall.
Ofcourse it is nice but we were all tired, we stop and sat by the Elephant terrace and had our snacks we brought along. Opposite the Elephant terrace you could see Khleangs which are individual temple looking buildings. The purpose is unknown, we didn't went closer, we only saw it from the opposite and also on our tuk-tuk along the way.

Next stop is the one and only Angkor Wat.

Angkor Thom - Phimeanakas & The Royal Palace @ SiemReap
Can you just imagine how big is Angkor Thom itself? Its almost 3PM, we were walking blindly to this place and we were asking directions every now and then. We reached this pyramid shaped Hindu temple. On top of the pyramid is a tower. There is a story behind it where you can actually search on the net.
We were surrounded by kids here and we rejected all the offers for keychain, silk scarf and bamboo whistle. We climbed up the temple, steps are small, slippery and steep. There is a warning sign but we can't be bothered as we are too adventurous.
Pics of Phimeanakas here.
I first thought it was "female nakas" when i heard people talking about it, flipping through the guidebook only I notice i was wrong all the time.

Angkor Thom - Baphoun @ SiemReap
We head to Baphoun after Bayon, Baphoun is build in the 11th century. There is a few tiers which part of the building was closed due to the reconstruction. We went around the whole Baphoun compound. It is special in a way because this temple is originally a Hindu temple dedicated to the Hindu God Shiva, however later on in the 15th century it was converted to a Buddhist temple.
This place is badly damaged, however the general shape and designs are still visible. I hope the restoration work doesn't spoil the original carvings and ambience.
-we kept walking-

Angkor Thom - Bayon @ SiemReap
Angkor Thom which is the biggest, last and most enduring capital city of Khmer empire. We entered via the victory gate and from the gate you could see statues on both sides, on the left is the Devas and Asuras on the right. They were holding on Naga's body. There is myth behind this called "Churning of the Sea of Milk". After entering the gate we went to Bayon which is in the middle of Angkor Thom. This is Jayavarman's state temple. Its huge and the steps are steep. We were all amazed by the rock carving which were so detail. We climb all over to snap pictures and to check out the place from all angles and height.
Looking at these remainings of stone monuments made us imagine the past grandeur of this great capital and the considerable population who lived within the enclosure of Angkor Thom. Its not just big and tall, its extremly huge and sky high. Everytime I lay my hands on those rocks I could imagine the effort and determination to build it perfectly.
All in all, we were all too excited and packed with joy, overwhelming joy!
Pics of Bayon can be found here.

Angkor @ SiemReap
4th Jan 2010
After enjoying the sun over at Tonle Sap, we hop on our tuk-tuk to Angkor Thom. I think it will be better to describe places I go with a map attached here.
So the top of the map will be north and bottom south. Tonle Sap will be down south from where I stay and Angkor will be up north.
There is this check point where you need to pay $40 for a 3 day pass. Keep the ticket safely as you'll need them everytime you pass this check point and the guards at every temple.
-If you are travelling with more than 3 friends I would recommend that you hire a tour guide and a van(with driver). Not only you save time travelling, the place can be quite dusty is better to have air-cond. We took the tuk-tuk because we are backpacking and it is not backpacking when your treated like a king.-

Tonle Sap @ SiemReap
4th Jan 2010
Our first destination after we done checking in Garden Village was to Tonle Sap. I believe we all studied this way back in our highschool years. Tonle Sap is the biggest fresh water lake in South East Asia. Tonle Sap is important for the people here as it provides them source of water and also source of income. Tonle Sap water flow changes direction twice a year and will shrink dramatically during dry season and increase rapidly on rainy season. The lake is huge and it is connected to Mekong river. We were lucky to be there during the dry season because it can be quite dangerous to visit during monsoon when the water reverse flow.
-I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this place as it is costly which is about $20 and there is really nothing to see except a huge lake which looks like sea and poor floating villages with lotsa bucket kids begging.-
my ratings: 1*/10*
If you have spare money to spend and just want to be there to shout out that you've seen Tonle Sap Lake then you may.
Pics of Tonle Sap here

Schedule
Plans for this coming week is relatively loose, I was set up for a blind date by my friend. It is funny because i haven't really experienced it, I've only seen it on reality show. Its just a dinner meeting with my buddy, his spouse and the annonymous person. I don't know who is that but as long as we click then we could be friends. Its no hard knowing new friends now as I've got no ties. At the same time it means that I will miss basketball this Friday.
Saturday will be SaiGao a.k.a Jun's birthday party. It will be at his place and the How's management has forbidden our SOP(standard operation procedure) to down 5sec. The last time they had it, they turned the house upside down and party people were assumed to be dead corpse the next day.
A be early Birthday to Jun.

说放弃很容易,但是你有想过当初在一起的原因吗?
当一个人要说放弃的时候,意味着他已经觉得那段感情已经没有价值了。
感情,只有对珍惜的人才有价值。
Relationship is like an antique, the worthy doesn't depend on just the past but also the current condition. If the antique was broken yesterday, regardless how long it had been perfect, it has different value now.
将每一刻的点滴留在这里好让以后的我能更加珍惜生活,知足才会幸福!

Abate
I didn't manage to do my homework last night which is to again sort my pictures and continue drafting my trip. This is due to me leaving my notebook at office. I'm probably the youngest in my YA group and I made myself known last night because non expected something from me. I gave them each something i got them from SiemReap and I could see the joy inside them, I myself was happy too because I never expected that reaction. I just think it was something unique. I really don't know what to say when I see how much they appreciate it.
-Appreciation is the best gift in return.-
Also we had a guest sharing mission to reach out to the orang asli(OA). After tons of consideration, i think I'm not prepared for it. I've got barrier in communicating and I would still stick to my principles to help people around me first as priority. By going once in a blue moon doesn't leave an impact in their lives.

Just as predicted
Malaysia’s once strong foreign exchange reserves is bordering on collapse, according to a UBS Securities Asia Limited report. It says that in 2009, Malaysia experienced the biggest foreign exchange reserve losses among Asian countries.
"Over the past 12 months, Malaysian reserves nearly collapsed” while neighbours like Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China “have seen sizeable increases,” it says.
-Malaysia Today-
Just as I've long predicted, It is no surprise when you have unstable politics, ridiculous policies, low efficiency for all Gov sectors, high crime rate, extremely racist and not to mention the curruption happening here. Would you consider again for what i say in all my post and stop being a superhero trying to be patriotic? As a banker I must say at this rate normal citizens will get alot poorer and harder to survive.
Malaysia boleh?

Heart beat
It might look good at first but my heart is palpitating. I think my feeling is trying to tell me there might be something behind. Let's not think too much as I've handled the worst I can handle the rest.

When all make sense
It is time for you people to finally gather all those missing notes and start digesting them. I remember back then I start my revision early but I still manage to get only pass for my results. I know it sucks but I'm free from those torture for now, not until I go back to school for my MBA. All the best in studies to y'all.
I was told that I'm not sincere when I'm chatting on instant messanger. It was such a random hit. I just don't understand why must we start picking a fight when nobody starts. Reminds me of the once super popular vid on youtube, 你有压力,我有压力,点解你要。。。
I'm drafting my SiemReap trip, it should be up soon. Thanks for all the creative names which i received in my inbox, I've got chicken Lil, Dino, Mighty, Smelly, Dumbo, Jumbo, Tiny, Senorita, Bunny etc. Keep those names coming, although I sorta have a name in mind for each of them already.

6am @ LCCT
Our day 1 trip was considerably the most tiring trip as I basically skip sleeping for the night before we board. We camped at the airport early in the morning and we're all excited. It was pouring that night.

Saw VI
It was a random event, we went out shortly after i woke up from my nap after dinner. Yes i know its just bad to eat and sleep. I went out for a drink with my mates and they had this urge of watching a movie at Director She's ("She" is a surname)house. So we bought SAW VI. Lets just say the movie is short and gory. The moral of the show is that you should treasure life more.
Sorry to give u guys cheesy updates on the blog and yet no updates on the trip. Patience do pay.

Passing time on Bossanova
Its been a wonderful day from morning working and at the same time getting to know a friend in a deeper manner. Its been such a pleasure knowing you, although we might have different views but i respect your views and happy to see people with strong stand and principals.
My work took a paused as one of the workstation PC is down. I think I seriously don't mind about my pay anymore as long as i enjoy my work I'm happy. I go off 5pm sharp daily which is so much better than most banks. I'm still on my way of achieving my dreams, I bet its not that far away. My constant outing and travelling makes me more prepared with all the inspiration and ideas to kick start my dreams. Money is important but life is priceless, I'm seeking a worry free life. Which means I'll have to first settle money which is easy, work hard and save for a short period.
Its good to have certain strength and making use of it for good but when it is being manipulated and abused then sad to say you are still plebeian.

Bittersweet
I'm happy to see how she turn the bitterness of you into a sweet outing. It is worth everything in exchange for that few minutes of her time and of course to see her smile.
Sometimes it is worth being stupid for a moment, for those who had it and did not appreciate it, its their loss. Best wishes from your travel mate.
Blessings,
Gabriel

Sorting the mess
I'm still in the midst of unpacking my luggage, broke some souvenirs therefore I'm now in deep shit as I've planned exactly what i would give to each of you and I'm not comfortable in giving broken gifts. I'll have to replace some of it with things i bought for myself. What an unfortunate event.

1 "Hell" Malaysia
Its ugly to come home just to find out my country is nothing but a racist country. Don't these people understand they are making headlines in overseas? I must said it out and no matter what I'll still label this country as a terrorist launchpad and it is definitely not fit for living. An educated person could just easily tell that it is politics behind all these racial tension. Is it alright if any other individual throw a molotov or a pig's head in the mosque? It is the same definitely unacceptable. Malaysia could save alot of money not building those corn shaped building because we are iconic now as a country where churches gets burned. Enough is enough, do not mess with any other races just because you are so called malays. I understand there are really good malays, but if you think allah is a word exclusively for you, you should read more because your not intellectual enough to be called human yet.
Police in Malaysia shows us how useless they are when they give silly comments and do nothing. Seriously there isn't any results in all cases in Malaysia except for bullying law abiding citizens. If this happened in any other more civilised country their police force would have started working and kicking these peoples asses for arsoning Churches. Well i must say i need to really work harder in order to leave this country because every extra day I'm here in Malaysia I'm feeding these politicians wallet with my hard earn cash and risking my life.
My Allah is not your Allah, my Allah doesn't teach us to be terrorist.

We were both strangers, from different part of the world. On one special occasion, we both visited the same place. We met each other at this very sacred place. I kneeled down and you came and sat down beside me seconds after i sat. We looked at each other and we both smiled, I said hello and you responded. We clicked on so well that we kept talking while people are busy praying. You even told me where you stayed. I'll always remember we pass by each other's life, I'll keep you in my mind. I believe meeting you is fated, It was sweet and wonderful meeting you. You make me forget about how sucky my life was for a moment. Thank you Lord for giving me this chance to know this wonderful friend. Even for a minute I'll still appreciate it. I excuse myself too soon, but it is enough for you to leave a mark in my mind and heart. Wherever you are, take good care and have a safe trip. I'll miss you.

Back to work - Back to blog
It's been such a wonderful trip that i can't help but to miss and think about all the great moments i had there with my buddies. I must say i appreciate you both as a travelling mate. If I had done anything that offended any of you I'm deeply sorry, I must have been having too much fun that i hurt you.
Its lunch time and I'm hungry but the first thing i reach for is not food instead i took out my earphones and the bossanova CD i bought in Bangkok. Its so nice to listen to it after working for 5 hours as i started working today @ 6:45am just to catch up with the work i miss.
This trip is really full, full of all sorts of random and unexpected laughters. We manage to make a few friends along the way. We first met Rick Lee from Seoul,Korea then Katie the next day from the States and Lastly Safire from Hamburg,Germany. Not to forget those people we played pool with Febreeze from France, Barbarra from Italy.
I'll need some time to arrange and organize and do more research to write down what I've experience this trip. Spare me some time alright? I'll make sure i'll upload some really nice pics of places i land my foot on.

The Night is Still Young
It's pretty late but I'm still here at the bar playing pool, we came out to chill because we really feel like staying to see more. I can't get enough of Angkor Wat during sunset. I've gone there twice in 3 days. To actually tell you guys in detail of the trip will have to take along time as there are so many random events and interesting things to know here in this historical town.
We were going around in tuk-tuk for 3 days, had lots of dust for free but there are places with clean air too. Its breezy traveling in tuk-tuk. I've got some T-shirt for guys and girls but I'm still planning on who should i distribute it to. Most probably i will give my sis and mom priority but those who don't get the Ts there are some really meaningful stuffs for you.
Its about time i get back to pool and for a cold beer. May my dear father in heaven look after me as i will be flying back to KL and to Bangkok. Protect us from tugs and bless us abundantly. In your greatest name, Amen.

Sunset Bar @ Garden Village Siem Reap
I'm here to inform all of you that I'm still alive, just a short update from my Guest House here. Its been a wonderful and memorable trip here at Siem Reap, thank God for the perfect weather and great people we meet along the way. I've managed to cover almost everything, will not be back any time soon unless its my future partner's request. I'm happy to be here on one of the most valuable heritage in South East Asia. It also owns UNESCO world heritage status. Life is not that bad after all.
I tried to get each and everyone of you something meaningful, i hope you don't mind the things i got for you guys, things are really pretty costly here as they their common currency is in USD.
Alright that's all for now, will drop by later. Have a blessed day.

Seriously, its not that serious
You never solve problems if you choose not to solve it. I hate being barked at for no reason and this is the second time. Love is blind and you are not, don't take things too personal and start barking up the wrong tree. You see when i say friends are on my side doesn't mean they can't be on your side as well. If our friends in common are neutral it means they are on both sides so its not that they have to choose a side right? Don't call up to scold or even ask Mr. Nice guy to be on a teleconference. I'm not someone who likes to take it down the street for a one on one fight. Obviously I don't really like you because my first impression of you is your like a blind dog barking on the other side of the phone when i first talk to you, but i don't hate you either. I don't want to judge others but based on my understanding its really unfavorable to apologize and pretend to be nice and the next thing throwing temper here and there. Please do respect friendship but if friendship isn't your cup of tea its your call. Well its been your call always so don't get overboard, there is a certain level of tolerance, I forgive you over and over again for the sake of seeing changes and having faith in you for i assume you don't know what you're doing. You should really focus on your studies and relationship now to make things happen. Enjoy your relationship and look at the bright side. You are an adult now, you could get into a new relationship in a short period i believe nothing else bothers you.
Oh well anyway its about time i go of to the airport. Its raining i hope it doesn't rain in Angkor Wat. Seriously, its not that serious is specially written just before i leave because its really meaningful if you people get it, nvm if you don't. I've met Meghan Yap twice in a day because we ain't going to see each other for a year. God bless us both in our journey, for me on my trip and for Meg back to your home sweet home. Will miss those times we chit chat *not gossip.
Our deeds determine us as much as we determine our deeds.
Blessings,
Gabriel

5 year old friendship
I just notice my previous post was so serious, maybe i got too into the subject. I'm happy today because i manage to finally meet my friend after 4 years. We known each other for so long and we were so close before I went to Uni and she went to Oz. We had coffee, lunch, dessert and a walk before we say good bye to each other. It is meaningful for both of us. I'm happy for Meghan because not only she now resides in Oz but she is also happily staying with her boy friend. I will visit you someday in Adelaide so that you'll have a chance to treat me.
Time to get back to my bag packing. See you guys in a week. I won't be able to update when I'm over there as I won't be bringing my laptop around. If there is comp provided then i might consider to update while I'm away but i doubt as i would be too tired or busy planning my trip. Enjoy the working week and for those whom are studying all the best, Meghan leaving on Friday have a safe journey.

The Gold Fish Uncle
The subject was directly translated from Cantonese to English. I have been observing all these people around me for years and I must say only dumb fishes got hooked because it is actually very obvious what these people want from you. You know they say one is most popular when they encounter a relationship problem or a recent break up. This is where most people approach in order to fabricate the situation where he/she is there to bring you up again. This will somehow create the so call love illusion. It makes you fall for them in that instance because you are weak. I myself had an experience where i was there for a friend whom broke up and i did had all the advantage i had in hand but I did not further pursue that artificial relationship. We are still good friends now because she knows i've not only helped her but show her that rebounding is not love. I'm meeting her for lunch today.
Nobody strangers treats you good for no reason. I remember tons of funny excuses people uses to get near the weak soul. Some took leave for an outing using excuses like photography and stuffs for a date, some send emails or text daily, some even uses excuses like asking for favor so that it increases the chances of meeting, favors ranges from helping to look after a friend/ex which had sickness or other activities. Its a real world and its a dog eat dog world, a wrong move and your eaten. So me and my fellow friends should be more cautious this new year for your own safety and for you own self worth sake.
You are a Gold Fish Uncle a.k.a Cassanova for sure because you never did care about your so call friend with sickness, all you care is about what you are getting am I not right? I hate to tell you the truth and you for sure will deny. Good luck fishing and remember never to use God's name in helping you achieve evil planned goals. Your god is my god and you are making my god, my father look ugly here.
Character is like a tree and reputation like its shadow. The shadow is what we think of it; the tree is the real thing.
Fellow 40 + 3 I won't be attending this coming cell group as I'll be away on a backpacking trip. Happy working and have a blessed gathering this Wednesday. Thanks for all the prayers, I'm all good and will be able to conquer Angkor Wat with slight cough. See you soon.

I do
Long long time ago there is this handsome young men and pretty young lady whom started holding hands in high school, they went to college hand in hand. After graduating and after years of being together they decided that is it. They are not just going to hold hands and be a normal couple, they are bringing it to a new level. After years of preparation they finally reached the day where they replace the engagement ring with the wedding ring which is a covenant of eternal love.
May the Lord pour his blessings upon you two love birds whom are patient, loyal and most importantly loving. This is the day that your friends us "SJ4P" see you cross the line. May our regards and blessings be with you and not forgetting living your future as one in Lord's principles.
A great marriage is not when the 'perfect couple' comes together. It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.
Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Paul Tan.

新一页生活
每一刻都有人心酸,同时也有人欢喜。
有人分手,有人开始恋爱。
有人离婚,有人结婚生仔。
有人扑街,有人中六合彩。
有人先家,有人老老实实。
人生就是对错分明,没有所谓on the fence或grey area.

Special Day
I was terribly sick on the last day of 2009, but that doesn't stop me from going out. After work i quickly had my dinner and pop a Panadol and drove like Jensen Button so that i won't be late and it paid off because i was too early. We had dinner at Kissaten which is a very nice place, i reckon Doug should go one day as they serve German Beer. I was sick so i ordered Miso Ramen and Gyoza, had my first warm Ocha in my entire life. Eventually they refill it with cold Ocha. :)
So what's the occasion, its Paul's Bachelors Party/Dinner. Paul,KarMun(not my ex),MinYee&Spouse,Andy,LeLer,Jeremy, Clement and Me attended. We had fun eating and talking sorry that i constantly need to excuse myself to clean my runny nose. I have to pass the drinking session as I'm looking forward for my trip on Monday. SJ4P always rocks, this Saturday we'll meet again at Paul's wedding.
Home, I've decided to go to bed early because i respected certain people i send them a txt to wish them, thanks for all the wonderful calls and text, It made my day and I'm feeling much better today. Before i head to bed i walked out to my garden and look up to see this wonderful sight of blue moon which happens rarely and that is where the old saying once in a blue moon came by. To explain further it is basically full moon but second time in a month, usually it only happens once a month but this time it happens twice and it falls on a day before new year. Its so rare that it only happens 18 yrs once. Its ok for those who miss it, 18 yrs is not too long, you'll still be alive. LOL
I'm going out today to prepare all the necessary stuffs for my trip, from currency to all the misc stuffs. Heineken at home was fully stocked so once I'm good to drink, I'm drown myself in it.
I couldn't be bothered by what rumors is going outside, I'm so tired of hearing nonsense for the past couple of years. If you hear rumors let me assure you that its mostly lies and the source will always be from a girl/female/bitch/lady. So I'm going to smile at my past and let the liars continue to lie for they really have nothing better to do. As long as people around me knows the truth I'm fine with it.
Time is ticking off, time to catch up with plans for today, ah choo!! Bless you.
